Thank you for shopping at Binge Battle!  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Binge Battle is committed to customer satisfaction and a terrific experience. We're positive and happy people and want you to be too!

Pre-order products will be available from time to time; initial store launch, new edition launches, and when items are of out of stock due to demand. If you purchase a pre-order item it will be shipped once available. Updates on your order will be provided between your pre-order purchase and shipment. If at any time you have questions concerning your pre-order do not hesitate to send your question or concern to info@bingebattle.com

In stock items will be processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase, and in accordance with the carriers schedule and availability (ie: holiday considerations). Updates and notifications will be sent concerning any delays. 

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. 

 

Return & Refund Policy

If your planournal was damaged in shipping, please email info@bingebattle.com. 

Planournals may be returned within 30 days from the date received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unmarked and in the same condition that you received it, along with a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Receipt of return funds are determined by individual banking institutions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
