Can you Squat Your Screen Time?
Binge Battle dares you to squat your screen time. Screen time is pretty much a stationary activity; we stand, sit, and lie around staring at our screens for incredible amounts of time. You disagree? Put it to a test: multiply your daily screen time hours by 60, and then add the minutes for the total number of squats in your challenge. (hrs x 60) + min = squat your screen time total.
